Depression is a topic that we rarely want to discuss openly among family or friends. Depression is a common and serious medical illness that negatively affects how you feel, think and how you act,causes feelings of sadness and/or a loss of interest in activities once enjoyed. It can also lead to a variety of emotional and physical problems and can decrease a person’s ability to function at work and at home.
#1/ Temporary Fix- On the early signs of Depression instead of finding out what is the cause of the Depression- the alternative is taking medication to mask the problem and not solving the issue of the depression.
#2/ Exhausted - Every time you get up and start climbing, you get knocked down, each time it gets harder and harder.
#3/ Confused - You feel lost and don't know which way to go.
#4/ Invisible - You have the feeling you don't exist and not seen by anybody.
#5/ Afterlife - You get to a breaking point to end it all. The choice is to go through with it or not.
#6/ Resurrection - The choice is to let depression win or take control of it and get your life back.
